Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology, explores the damage caused by sugary foods. He argues that fructose (too much) and fiber (not enough) appear to be cornerstones of the obesity epidemic through their effects on insulin.
This is a little long (1hr 29min). But rather than watch one TV show or movie tonight, I decided to watch this. It helped me have a better understanding of sugar and it’s impact on my health. Worth watching!
